2CV Mehari Club Cassis : 2CV and Mehari spare parts |
The 2CV Mehari Club Cassis is currently the only official provider of Citroën 2CV and Mehari spare parts. In accord with Citroën France, we have the authorization to manufacture the spare parts of the mythic Citroën cars using our own techniques and equipment, providing that the original specifications and performances of the manufactured parts are not altered. |
The 2CV and Mehari spare parts manufacturing process is undertaken by four different departments, each one focusing on a specific aspect: the saddlery manufacture, the platforms chain, the ironwork manufacture, and the plastic moulding workshop. |
The saddlery manufacture creates the interior covers of the spare parts. Its tasks are constantly growing due to the increasing demand in 2CV and Mehari spare parts. |
The platform chain is the workshop where all Citroën original equipment, tools and machines have been transferred. In this workshop, the new vehicle frames are manufactured in conformity with the specifications of Citroën frames. |
The ironwork manufacture is the place where most of the accessories and 2CV and Mehari spare parts are manufactured: doors, seats, bumpers, lamps, etc. |
The moulding workshop is where all moulding equipment is created and warehoused. |
All the products of these four entities undergo strict control and testing before being marketed. Tests are mainly made to ensure conformity with Citroën specifications. |
Thanks to the engineers and experts working in the four workshops, our company succeeded in developing high-quality 2CV and Mehari spare parts and accessories. |
