When you place your first order, you have to create a customer account even if you are already a registered club member.
1. Create new account ( Tab: My account ) |

Fill in correctly the identification form below, don’t forget your email address and a password, which you shoud note for future use.
All compulsory fields are indicated by an asterisk.
If you are a professional user, don’t forget your VAT number. |

2. Place my first order.
Proceed step by step :
- Search for the product you need by " family or sub family " or by using the open " Search " |

|
- On the page products, choose the quantity and click "Add to my purchases"

- Proceed with your purchase, use the arrow "return to previous page" to go back to the items list or click on "continue my shopping"
- Once your order is terminated, click on "Place my order"
- Identification: if you do not have an account, see " 1. Create new account "My account"
- If you have an account, enter your email address and your password.

- If the delivery address is the same as the billing address, click on "validation"
- If you have chosen an other delivery address, click on " create a new address " and fill the details of the delivery address.
- Click on " validation "

- On the page of the summary of your order
- Indicate if you are a member or click on the option of your choice :
Club rates >> subscribe to the club, and profit from club prices.
Club card expired >> if you wish to renew your club card
Public price.
- Click on "validation" and then on "validation of my order"

- You arrive on the summary of your order with the price of transport.
- Click on "validation of my order"
- You will soon receive an email confirming your order, and then you have to return to "my account" and "confim order" and proceed at the payment of your order.
3. Validation and payment of your order

To reach the step 5 : Payment
You must have already created an account and received your confirmation.
If you have an order in process, follow the procedure
Click on " My account " |

Click on "Confirmed quotation" then
- Click on " Terminate my order "
- Click on " Place my order "
- Confirm the delivery address and click on " Validation "
- Click on " Validation of my order "
- Click here for the payment method.
>> Select the payment method.
- Do not forget to valid the tick box "I have read and accept the general sale conditions"
- Click on " Validation of my payment "
Your order is now complete. You will receive a message confirmering the dispatch of your goods. |
